Just wanted to recognize that October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Here is too better screening and more treatment options! Katie was pretty young (39) to get breast cancer and did not have many (if any) of the risk factors for breast cancer. So please do get checked out before the recommended age, just in case. Too many women young and old, are sadly being affected by breast cancer. Let’s try and spread the word to all.
On a happier note, I found this gem of Katie and Nate playing at the beach last summer, where we discovered he liked grapes (with Katie’s fun way of interacting with Nate helping the cause).
